Has anyone used this product?

I'm going to get a Chinese TV pkg for my parents (either 麒麟, or ITalk BB, or maybe this one).

Its Adv. looks like good, But, not sure if it (TV Pod 2) is "开大欣"....

Please advise. Thanks in advance!
