菜飯, 牛肉面(beef stroganoff)

材料: 米,咸火腿, 上海小白菜, 小小蒜茸,油,鹽.
白菜洗淨切小塊,熱鍋下油,蒜茸,白菜炒熟,放在一旁.



把米洗好,放入水,咸火腿,小小油,放在電飯煲煮熟.飯熟把炒好的菜放入飯里攪勻,蓋蓋子5分鐘就可以開吃.



很好吃的菜飯.
