First of all, drive safely!

You deserve both tickets, especially the driving while talking over cell phone one.  Those tickets are warnings and will keep you from getting bigger troubles in the future.

On the other side, you probably need to fight those tickets anyhow.  If you live in CA, you can find some lawyer that will go on court for you, around $100/case, and will not charge you if they loss the case.  If a case is lost, you still can go to driving school (online is also fine) and get 3 points off for every 18 months. 

Again, get good driving habit!
