When bank check the background, don't they check your spouse's income as well?  what if hu*****and or wife make much higher income, then the lower income party can not get loans, is this correct?

How about getting commercial loans (together) after 3 cash out ref.(our state permit 4 loans per family only)  Only cash can make good deal, that is most important to us.
