I am looking at a SFH in Fremont, CA, American High school district. This is a bank owned REO, ready to move in condition, vacant. The price was lowered from 524k to 450k last week to attract bids. It is 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500ft, 5800ft lot, year: 1970. Having a swimming pool at back yard, which it is kind of neutral for me, but most Chinese do not like to deal with it, so it is affecting resale value.
So, experts here, can you help me to suggest a good bidding price?
