We are still trying to get our first rental property cash out ref! per our understanding told by big Banks, our problem is the LLC title. now we are out of it completely, have to wait for 6 months.

my broker found a bank, he would not want to tell us which one, is willing to do it without the 6 month requirement.we are keeping our finger crossed at this point.

We were told by many banks that if we get loan to buy a rental property that will be fine, but not for cash refi. weird.
