大佬们，这个有诈吗？

刚刚接到一个电话，外国口音，声称从外国来，在我们这找到建筑师工作，要在周一看房子，我记得原来网上的骗子都讲他们是这样的情况，现在网上没有了，是不是改成直接和地主接触，那怎么对付？我们这从来没有听说要从国外找建筑师来工作的。
