How long it has been taking you to meet this goal?

I just want to never got busted in the RE, even under the worse ever situations, preserve our asset. Then, buy 2-3 units per year for next 10 years? some friends advice us to buy 20+ units apartment right way. We are kind hesitate, 不知道 apartment 水有多深多浅。
