The good news is that out of the 11 mistakes of RE investing, we have not yet made any of them. May be that is the reason we survived the first 1.5 years.
The bad news is that out of the 11 criteria as a long term successful RE investor, we meet only 50% of them! Want to be the 5% succesful RE inverstor? Need to be seriouse about this business.
My take away is to continue to be a good student at this forum.
