and now landlord become 24 hours business. with phone, usually they have to find time to call, e.g after works, and they have to call during acceptable business hours.

 

but one more email pro: it gives you time to think how to reply or chose to reply or not. 

 

Maybe I shall only use one way email like those banks, credit card companies, only outging emails.
