A few years ago in our metro area, a landlord and his son were killed by the tenant when they confronted the tenant demanding overdue rent.
I never dared to buy property in bad neighborhood, even its cashflow is great. Life is more important than money. If I become big landlord like jy101, I will start to buy properties in those dump, as I will pay a full time property manager to dodge the bullet for me.
