CALoanAgent,should I lock 4.375%+0.5 credit today?

30y fixed. Loan amt>$417k  Today's rate: 4.375% with 0.5 pt credit.

Is this a good rate?  Should I lock in or wait for next week.  Escrow close on 12/9.
