When my friend told me that all plumbers are liars, I could not believe him.

So I googled and found Rooter Roto, he came , charge me $250 to fix a metal pipe(10 minutes of work); $1500 to fool me that the bath pipe was blocked...Later, it turned out the pipe is ok, and he made a huge damage for the floor/wall without putting it back, he knew he cheted me and he did not even dare to come back to collect his good quality tools, worth hundreds of dollars?
