Help, collection question

We bought a house at auction. After a long battle in the court which included the tenant filed bankruptcy, we finally got the house and a judgment in the amount of xx,xxx dollars. Most of the cost was incurred after the bankruptcy filing date. The tenant now is in a chapter 13 plan. can I proceed with wage garnishment for the part that incurred after the bk date?
