I am in serious disputes with my property manager. Some of the charges (related to repairs) are outrages and he did not seek my approval beforehand. He deduct these charges directly from the rent. When I ask for the receipts, he refused to give them to me. So I am thinking of replacin the property manager.
My question here is: Can I directly talk to the tenants and inform them that I replaced the property manager? or I have to work out with the property manager so that he can inform the tenant about the management change?
Also, do I have to re-sign the leases? He signed all the leases with the tenants.
