and the tenants just haven't paid this month..but seems

leaving for three days.no return call at all.do i need to send two notices stll even seems nobody will accept them?and then waitting for court's order?I hven't get in the rental yet but someone told me if there is still living condition. such as still got bedding in there.so i need to wait till court's order.if not just get a cop (no need to go to court)and caculate the storage time getting rid of it.is that right?too much questions for ya .brother.thank you for the helps....
