JYbig brother.I need advice on this:

just drove by one of my rental found out  the tenants might move out.because there were no lights no vehicles.that is strange.the mother of the family just died two weeks ago so they seem like to move out(although they haven't talked to me about it...)so can I go inside check or should i need a witness?haven't called them yet..or should i still need to send 24 notice even there is nobody there?thank you in advance:))))
