the trust. they owns 50% of it.as beneficiaries.and the rest is ours.the owner and trustee is us.too.does that mean if we pass away.kids will automaticly take the rest 50% without paying anything?and I  understand there is some bad points .too. such as when they grow up.any claim...somenthing like that .will affect the trust .any perfect way to avoid that? sorry don't have time to read the post you just posted.will read toninght...thank you Master......
