Should I consider this family for renting?

three dogs, two kids, one is a nuse, the other is a chef. All other qualifications are good except for the dogs. I am concerned about the potential damages they might cause. Should I consider this family or rather wait? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. The house has been on the market for over two weeks now. I put in "owners prefer no pets, but will consider small dogs".
