pretty long time...actually.one of mine like to do upgrade on the apartment.and I allow them to do that but only one item per year.this year they changed the very old tile  in the kitchen. only costed me no more than two or three hundreds .and the labor was free.but the upgrade will stay for ever........(of course NOT ALLOWED on something seems not reasonable...)
