老地主被盗 :-(

俺今年的第二栋投资房,签和约以后,由于对方是FHA贷款,一直没过户.

空房是很容易被盗的.

俺以前也想过很多招数.例如,开几盏灯,放些洗漱用品,放音乐,甚至放个睡袋,让邻居在你的车位上趴车,所以一直没出事.

这次不同.换电表.

先要申请PERMIT, 然后换配电盘.县里来人通过验收.最后,电力公司换点表.这其间没有电.被小偷盯上了.

冰箱和洗碗机被盗.

原来的厨房.

在这里用螺丝刀撬开的.
