怎样screen tenants， 有没有便宜一点的网站？越便宜越好， 但要可信。

新手嘛，问的问题粗浅，别怪啊。

看了几个screen tenants的网站，要做credit report + criminal report + eviction report, 差不多要30块一个人。夫妻一起可不要60块。怕potential tenants 被60块的申请费吓跑了。地主我总不能自己掏腰包查他们吧？

我那白菜房虽然便宜的象白菜，其实是高尔夫社区，好学区，房子里面原来屋主装修的特有品味。可不想被烂人搞坏了。

能不能各位推荐几个网站，越便宜越好。当然数据要准确。多谢了。
