urgent: home insurance for closing

Hi, anyone could provide a home insurance company who doesn't require at least 75% dwelling value as personal property?
I do not have that high personal property, I only have furnitures and some electronics. However, I contacted with a couple of insurances, all require minimum personal property must be 75% of dwelling value.

Need this info urgently to buy insurance to close home on time.
