thank you! BTW, I truly admire your business savvy and learned a lot from you!

The house is in a lower-middle area, mostly white working class. We installed new laminate floor, new windows and new roof. It's a solid, but an older house (1950).

The truck driver wants to move to a rental and then start short-selling their house in the same area.
