我实在不懂你在写些什么.

我的贷款方借钱给我,和银行一样,放一个LIEN在我要买的房子上.卖房的时候,我必须先付清贷款方的本金和利息,然后剩下的才是我的.包括我付出的装修费用和利润.

房子卖不掉,我得一直付你10%的利息.我当然宁肯少赚一些,也要尽快卖掉.

我保留不卖的房产,都是原来从银行贷款买来的.我现在不可能再贷到这样的款,所以长期持有.

我当然买的时候,用佣金来降低我的成本.卖的时候,不用付卖方代理的佣金.这和我的贷款方没有关系.

你可能是把我的另外一种合作方式给混淆了.我现在不再做合作的事了.愿意和我合作的朋友已经排成队了.因为利润更丰厚.但是对于我来说,我宁肯借HARD MONEY, 利润还更高些.

相信你没有恶意,但要看清楚再批判不迟.
