In addition, I have already borrowed all the allowance from the credit line of my primary residence.

I make around $200K commission as an agent and this can be paid to my lender if I am at fault.

Right now, I have 14 houses in Northern Virginia, though all with either mortgage or private loan, I have no way to move anywhere in the near future.
