Section 8租客问题

在一个较差的区买了个4bedroom的白菜房。换了屋顶，把地板换成laminate,全部油漆。。。终于可以出租了。来了俩申请：

1. 单身妈妈带三个孩子，19 17 14. 房租￥975， Section 8 付$920，她付￥55. 填的收入只有Child support 430元。

2. 妈妈，女儿和4岁的孩子，儿子和fiancee和4岁的孩子。

很郁闷。想想还是租给Section 8 算了？ 起码房租基本有保障了？而且housing authority的人告诉我，这些人通常highly motivated to stay，因为 1）They've waited long to get on the program; 2）if they are off the program for defaulting, they'd be on the street.

Section 8 几乎全是单身妈妈。难以想象会这么一个接一个地生孩子， 而男人又absent。。。很让人郁闷。
