Most of Chinese start to purchase houses in the near by cities for better cash flow. If you ask realtors in tracy, elk grove, stockton, and etc, they will tell you that Chinese bought most of the REO and short sale with cash in these cities. Bya area was bottomed around 03/09.Not a lot good deals around any more.
