mostly i bought from local pawn shops, coin shops or craigslist. I have two safe boxes in two different banks.I usually pay spot price or at most 3% above spot if I really like the coins. If you buy from private party, make the deal in your bank under surveillance camera.
If you want to sell coins, ebay is a good place to get best price. If you need quick money, call your local coin shops for quotes. don't sell coins to pawn shop cause they will take advantage of you.
