进入escrow后，我们还能bargain房价吗？

我们的房子已经进入escrow了，大概下星期就是end of removing contigency(17 days after signing on the offer).可是发现对方在几年前以低价卖给了自己来降低房产税，现在我们就要补交大概3500刀的房产税，不知道我们可否一次理由来bargain.还有是否在close escrow 之前我们都可以要回deposit if we take the offer back.
