房客申请 Bankcruptcy 对房东有影响吗？

有个房客申请者, 她很快就要申请破产, 这个对房东有什么影响吗？

她看起来还不错，老公在UPS做了很多年了。有三个小孩， no pet, 但是信用都很差， 不过没有 eviction 的记录。下面是她给我的信：

她们的信用主要是因为房贷，信用卡，汽车贷款影响的。她告诉我已经一年没有付信用卡了，房子也foreclosured, car loan 也不还了。

没有被eviction 的记录。她自己目前失业，老公工资大约$4500/month, 租金$1400.

其他房客申请者也不怎么样。表面从人来讲（不讲financial），他们算最不错的。
这样的房客你们会接受吗？
