在我们结婚前，我老公帮他妈妈贷款买房。当年他高中毕业刚刚参军没有太久，所以信用不高。利率很高。还是30年的。

我们结婚快5年了，我一直帮他提高信用，可是贷款公司不肯refinance。所以我希望可以贷款还清那个，然后还低一些的利率。我已经试过好多其他通道，都搞不到贷款。：（
