Help, foreclosure sale complication

We bought a foreclosure sale house. The previous owner has filed for bankruptcy. In addition, he also filed for wrongfully sale from previous lenders, mortgage broker and etc. It may last for a long time. What is the best way to get out this mess? Should we go for title insurance company (not a clean title), previous bank or continue with this case. It seems to be expensive and a lot of trouble. somehow I remember jy101 or 如山 had this experience before.
