地主们看过来：俺正在装修一新买独立屋，准备出租，

屋内一洗碗机看着挺旧的，运行时很noisy。Home Warranty公司说吵是吵了点，但没坏。LD想买一新的，因为装修工会装，不需要额外收费。可是俺觉得既然好的，就用到坏了再装，也许2，3年才换的话，那100-200安装费应该也还划算。我们有1年home warranty，每次上门55元，但是修不好是包换的。

地主们，以你们的经验，你们会现在换新的省那100-200安装费，还是会等到坏了后home warrenty 也过期了再换？俺是穷地主，能省就省。作揖先谢了哈！
