买银行拍卖房,银行来了个addendum,其中一段让人不安:
“Any time after the date of closing, the buyer obtain actual or constructive notice of any costs/liens/assessments/judgments associated with the subject property that were not of record at the time of the closing, including but not limited to code violations, taxes, utility liens, condominium assessments, the buyer shall be responsible for the payment of same and release seller for any and all liability in connection thereto, whether or not ht seller owned the property at the time said costs were assessed or incurred and whether or not seller had actual or constructive notice of the existence of said costs/liens/assessments/judgments.”
银行不是有title insurance么?怎么这里说 即使是 closing 之前的账 他们也不管呢?各位见过这样的么?
