Wash sell issue 请教

下面情况是不是wash sell

1) Lot 1 buy 1/20/2009 500sh $3200
2) Lot 2 buy 2/10/2009 500sh $3500
3) 2/25/2009 sell 500sh $3100

No other transactions thereafter.

1) 如果卖出的必须是Lot,就是Wash sell, $100 disallowed loss
2) 如果卖出的可以是,就不是Wash sell, $400 loss is allowed

是Wash sell吗?
