回复：condo or townhouse? which one is better? Thank you!

this is not only talking about the style of the house, also pay attention about the title line type (I may wrong about what this is). I have a friend buying a house in duplex way, she thought worse is a TH, but when go to shop for the loan, it title says as condo, she can;t get loan at all eventually.
