给大家报告一下照相机背包的事

前一段时间来咨询过照相机背包的事.  这里给大家报告一下.

$138 eBay 掏了一个新的 LowePro Pro Runner 450 AW.  当我打开包裹时大大的吃了一惊!!!  This bag is HHHUUUUGGGGEEE. 

The #1 concern was that it can't fit in the overhead bin of a small airplane.  The good news I am reporting is that it does fit. 

On the smallest Delta jet CRJ 200 (50 seats), this bag barely, I mean barely, fit in the bin without the laptop. I had to push really hard. It will NOT fit if you have a laptop in the backpack.  

On the CRJ900, a slightly bigger plane, it fits easily even with a laptop, in the overhead bin in the first class cabin.   

It does take two bodies and one long lens.  It will fit the 70-200mm on a body and a 50mm on another body, head to head. 

Lastly, it is HEAVY.  I made a mistake by taking two bodies with me to Shanghai.  I think I took less than 200 pictures in total of 7 days.  Twice I got stopped by a pretty girl asking me for direction.  Both time someone in the back tried to open the bag.

Next time, I will get a smaller bag.
