My daughter's portrait -- How to convert 'Fei Pian'

(Sorry that I can't type chinese on my laptop. )

This picture is from my daughter's dance recital in June. I really like the expression on her face -- it's simply shining. But it's not focused nor exposed well. :(

I tried to use MagicPen to make it better, which is the second one. But I am not fully satisfied. I wondered if anybody can make it better. What do you usually do with those "Fei Pian"? Thanks.
