You need to contact a local family attorney. You can file in your home state and petition the court to invoke universal jurisdiction. The key issue is how to serve your hu*****and. There are two ways to do this, letter rogatory or Hague service convention. I think the second one would be easier since both US and China are signatories of Hague service convention. Either one you need to consult a family law attorney to find out the details how to serve a foreigner.
