semi conductors seem to be bottom out

Look at INTC, it opened below $19, now its up to $19.35.

Wall street big guys try to scare small players. Don't be scared.

A lot of good quality high tech companies have around 3% dividend and keep making big money.

INTC PE is less then 10, dividend is 3.3% and dividend will go up in next Jan. It's much better than  CD.

If you don't like individal company, buy SMH, which includes many other high

quality semi conductor companies. Many of them pay over 2% dividend.
