When income tax from individuals evaporates due to exodus of jobs overseas and "shop till you drop" altitudes diminish, recession is inevitable. Debts are mainly contributed by social wellfare coverages, not by the wars. General accountant David Walker never mentioned war is the culprit of the national deficit.

Internet is orginally from the US military back in 1950s. Reagon signed a law that allowed internet to go public. That effect, surfaced at Cliton time, allowed massive employment. Human evolution is mainly from wars. Others are trivial.
