新人诚恳请教Hot Water, Steam Heat问题

看中一个老房子，1905年建，维护得非常好，全屋木地板，还有很多Built In的经典的传统欧洲设计，Woodburning Fireplace，这些都是我喜欢的。 唯一我不确定的是因为是旧房子，heating是Hot Water, Steam Heat。请问这样的房子能买吗？
