However I still have a question there is no answer.

If the buyer have an inverstment house, and now purchasing the primary house, would this aligible to $8000?

How Could IRS know which is primary which is not? From the tax filled address?
If you use a PO box as tax filling address, how would IRS find out which is primary which is not?
