They told me they were off to get married, I even let them to make last month pay in two halves.
The lease ends this month, due at the begining of the month. Till now I didn;t get any info back from them, till thsi mornign's strange call.
I still try to keep them in my house if possible even they had already paid late several times through this one year period. It is hard to find OK tenants in the area.
This is why I am thinking whether better off I leave them a VM and email to state my concerns first, give them call me back dead line, per say tomorrow 9am.
If they make contacts, then I still hope we can talk things through, otherwise I definitely will go there with policeman as my enforcement, then go into eviction procedure.
