How to get a mortgage for this case

To buy a $410,000 house in Framingham, MA. Down payment 20% (or more if needed). Just do not want to pay all cash given the rate is historically low. Perfect Credit scores and previous tax returns, but not employed since Feb 2009. Will work for own company once relocated to MA. Currently collect distributions from business.

Any help/ideas would be appreciated.
