Drive around at different times of the day of the week, to see who are its neighbors, white more, or asian more, mix?
What were the sale prices about the neighborhood compare to other no-grave area, how much % different? zillow.com may work.

Because you even take times to ask about other peoples thoughts on this, frankly say, you have concerns in your mind, otherwise, why bother to hear what others say.
