You can't deal without them

Agent means different things to different people. If an investor buys 100 houses in 15 years, the requirements are very different from a home owner buying 1 house in his life time.

If an agent can bring me a really good deal I would pay the full percentage. If I did all the work, and just needed someone to stamp the paper work and a sounding board, I probably would want a discount.
