各位有经验的帮忙看一下这句 short sale的术语是什么意思

8-14 file is in active short sale negotiation pending BPO/appraisal

查了一下 BPO 是指 Broker Price Opinion


这是不是就是说， appraisal已经做完了， 只等银行release 就算最后成交了？

这个房子已经等了６个多月了， 真需要耐心呀
