If the price of these houses holds up firmly, you don't have to worry about your house too much. Eventually the market is going to come back and push up the price of yours.

If the price of more expensive houses drops like a rock, you should seriously consider cutting loss now because better quality houses will come down to the price range of your own house, which put further pressure on the price.
